Our Bossy Bow Ties are handmade, quality controlled, generally made to order, and therefore nonreturnable

Should you have a defect with any item other than your Bossy Bow Tie, you must initiate a conversation via email to contact@thebossybowtique.com within 3 days from the date of delivery. 

    • A restocking fee of 10% will be applied and the difference will be provided on a store credit ONLY
    • In order to correctly process your return, the products MUST be returned in perfect condition, along with all original packaging, all boxes or bags, and all tags, if present. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied and returned to sender.
    • Our customer care team will take care of processing return and will send an email once the package has been received and processed.
    • Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of return(s).
